Comprehensive Primary Care

Our Practice is currently open to individuals aged 16 & older.

We are a Membership-based Practice : Dr. Kaur will limit her Patient Panel to 300 individuals so as to provide personalized & dedicated care to each of her Patients.

For those seeking intermittent care, Select Service Appointments are offered but are subject to availability as priority is given to our Members.

  • - Please note that Dr. Kaur does not provide ongoing/chronic prescription orders/refills for DEA Controlled Substances. Additionally, our Practice does not maintain an in-Office inventory of DEA Controlled Substances. Dr. Kaur encourages that any such prescription orders and medications be obtained from your Specialty Physician and/or the original prescriber and a corresponding public pharmacy.

Comprehensive Annual Wellness Exam

  • 60-Minute Consultation with Dr. Kaur

  • Extensive Bloodwork to Screen for Diabetes Mellitus, Lipid Disorders, Autoimmune Disease, Thyroid Disease, Metabolic Disease, Hematologic Disease, Vitamin Deficiencies, Mineral Abnormalities, Renal Disease, Liver Disease, Urine Chemistry & Prostate Cancer Screening (if applicable)

  • EKG for High-Rish Individuals

  • Personalized Health Plan & Recommendations for Follow Up (if applicable)

Pre-Operative Clearance Evaluation

  • Evaluation of the Health Risk of Your Upcoming

  • Surgery Using Evidence-Based & Research-Back Methods

  • Basic PreOp Labs Drawn On-Site

  • EKG (if applicable)

  • Coordination with Specialist (if applicable)

Consulation Visit

  • 30-Minute Consultation with Dr. Kaur

  • Thorough Discussion of Your Medical Concern, Second Opinion and/or Review of Medical Records

Annual Well Woman Exam

  • Pap Smear / Cervical Cancer Screening

  • Mammogram Order / Breast Cancer Screening (if applicable)

  • STD Screening (Labs Not Included)

Galleri Multi-Cancer Screening

  • Available to Individuals > Age 50 as a Screening Blood Test for Over 50 Types of Cancer

  • 30-60 Minute Consultation with Dr. Kaur to Discuss Personalized Cancer Risk & Screening Recommendations

  • Prescription for the Gallery Test
    Galleri Test Result Interpretation & Follow Up Recommendations (if applicable)
    (Follow Up Consultations & Testing/Labs Subject to Additional Charges)


*The Galleri Test is NOT meant to replace routine Cancer Screenings that are currently advised by the Major Medical Societies*
