Our Practice is currently open to individuals aged 16 & older.

We are a Membership-based Practice : Dr. Kaur will limit her Patient Panel to 300 individuals so as to provide personalized care.

For those seeking intermittent care, Select Service Appointments are offered but are subject to availability as priority is given to our Members.

Additionally, our Practice does not maintain an in-Office inventory of DEA Controlled Substances. Dr. Kaur encourages that any such prescription orders and medications be obtained from your Specialty Physician and/or the original prescriber and a corresponding public pharmacy.
